The Big Freeze Festival is coming to Narre Warren these School Holidays and I am super excited to visit. The Big Freeze Festival launched last year, and is back this Winter now bigger and better than before! We went last year and it was a really well run day out, full of family fun and snow!
There are twelve zones at the festival this year, and although it won’t open until July 1st, here’s a little sneak peak of what you can expect to see…

- Snow Play
Do you want to build a snowman? Have a snowball fight? Make snow angels? New this year your ticket now includes unlimited access to snow play…so come and go as you please (as your child tolerates, haha).
- Snow Slide
I can’t wait to try this!!
- Snow Forest.
Walk through the forest while it gently snows visiting the festival’s woodland animals.
- Winter Village
Explore all the little play shops in the snow village. Missy Moo LOVED this part last year.
- Snow Globe
Perfect family photo opportunity, get your pose on inside the giant inflatable snow globe.
- Inflatable Slide Races
Who doesn’t love unlimited slide races… I predict we will spend quite a bit of time at this festival zone.
- Snowball Toss aka Penguin Bowling!
Can you knock down the penguin? You have unlimited snowballs so give it your best shot!
- Do you want to build an igloo?
Construction fun for the little builder in your life.
- Kids Obstacle Course
60 metres of ducking and weaving in the Winter themed obstacle course.
- Circus Fun
Hosted by YMCA, learn your favourite circus tricks and skills.
- Arts and Crafts
Another zone I expect you might find us at… after all, who doesn’t love a bit of crafting.
- Live Stage Shows
Interactive shows will be running throughout the festival. A great activity to enjoy while sipping on your hot chocolates!
Sounds fun, doesn’t it? We can’t wait. Would you like to win a family pass? Jump over onto the Anyday Adventures Facebook page to enter.

Otherwise, stand by for my full review after our visit in a few weeks time.

I think my little one would love the live show she never stops dancing. Although I know she would be one her element in the snow play… it’s so hard to choose! What a very special experience to be a part of.
