It’s Christmas time, and for many parents that means it is time to pay a visit to Santa. Your kids might cry, they might smile, but either way getting that experience of meeting and greeting Santa is really very magical and special. Drouin Santa Photos have done a fab job of capturing the magic of meeting Santa down on the farm in Drouin. Sure it ain’t the North Pole…. but it is a heap more magical that being inside a Harvey Norman!!
This is the first year that Drouin Santa Photos has been up and running so I was keen to head down the freeway and check it out.
Once you arrive to Santa’s farm there’s lots to do while you are waiting for your turn to meet Santa. Don’t worry though, you won’t be waiting too long. Each hour time slot has a maximum amount of bookings so it will never get too crowded. There’s plenty of time for your children to have their photo too without feeling rushed.
While waiting to meet Santa there are colouring activities, photo opportunities and you can feed the massive Clydesdale horses too.
There’s a gold frame that will be set up throughout the season to take your own photo. If you upload to social media using #drouinsantapics you will go in the running to win two vouchers to use in 2019!
Meeting Santa in his workshop was wonderful. The set up is gorgeous, Santa was friendly and even got a few smiles out of my shy girl. The baby cried, but that’s ok, haha.

Fees wise for 2018 there is a $10 booking fee then an additional $45 for the basic photo package. There are a few different options though and you can read more about them here
Photos can be either collected or posted out (additional fees apply) depending on how local you are. If you pick them up then your photos will be ready the following weekend after your photo session.
We really loved the whole vibe down in Drouin; relaxed, unique, magical. Thanks for welcoming us onto your farm Santa and see you again in 2019!
