One of the Anyday Adventurers followers messaged me recently, “Mel, have you been to Fairy Park? It’s fantastic”. “No” I said, “Why don’t you share your adventure with us all? It sounds great”.
So this week Hayley shares her adventure about heading out to the Fairy Park in Anakie with her two young children.
The Fairy Park is a “place dedicated to story telling of fairy tales and ancient myths and legends”, or for us, a really fun family adventure.
Fairy Park has 33 different attractions, where you can be a princess or a knight, visit the home of Goldilocks and the three bears, or even see Jack and his Beanstalk…plus so much more
Here’s some of our highlights…..
- Value for money
- Beautiful scenery
- For young and young at heart
- Awesome playground
- Was a hit with my toddler who loves pressing buttons and watched the characters come to life and listening to the stories
- Lots of places to sit down and have lunch
Things to note…
Fairy Park is only open on certain days of the year and closes throughout Winter. On some weekdays there isn’t a food van there so need to bring food, although there is a great roadhouse up the road that has fresh sandwiches.
Costs.
Children under the age of 3 FREE
Children aged from 3 to 13 years $8.00
Adult prices from 14 years $16.00
Thanks Hayley for sharing your adventure with us all. I think my daughter also would love to press all the buttons and make the characters move about. I guess we might just be paying Fairy Park a visit in the Summer….
