Going to the Library (share your adventure)

This week I had a chat to Zoë from Teapot Communications in Perth.  Zoe is a working mum of Fletcher, and runs a business taking care of other small business’s marketing needs. Marketing not your cup of tea? Call Zoë.

She recommends you grab a cup of tea before reading her adventure this week. Go on, you deserve it.

I love getting out to our local library with my son Fletcher, as part of our regular routine. He is 21 month-old son LOVES books but at this age he also inevitably has a short attention span.

The children’s section of the library is light, bright and airy with LOADS of books but also brightly coloured cushions, chairs and furniture.

Fletcher loves to flit between reading new books from their great range and running around with a big grin on his face. It’s perfectly catered for children of all ages and there is also a room round the corner for Rhyme Time.

The good bits.

It’s free (unless you get a fine, but even then it isn’t very much)

It’s local, so not much travel

The library is limitless in its ability to keep my son entertained, we can always find a new book to read, DVD to borrow or even a CD for the car.

Areas for improvement.

NONE!

We go about once a week and my son just loves it. I rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend you get out into your community and join your local library.
