As a new feature to Anyday Adventures, I have put the call out to other parents to share their stories of adventures they have been on with their kids.
This week we hear from Alissa; mum of two, midwife, and owner of Bump 2 Baby (childbirth preparation and placental encapsulation). As a Mornington Peninsula local, she likes to spend some of her free time (what’s that, right?) visiting the Enchanted Adventure Garden in Arthur’s seat.
Here’s her adventure….
Another successful family visit to Enchanted Adventure Gardens! I visited with my children, my niece and my nephew. We had a great day out.
The good bits..
There are many beautiful gardens to wander & explore, 3 mazes to get lost in & tube slides that were a great hit with both the kids & us adults!
For the older kids there is tree surfing available as well – although we didn’t try this out it sure looked fun!
You can BYO your own picnic lunch and use the undercover picnic tables if the weather is a bit grim or splash out at the onsite café! They even have gorgeous rooms for party hire!
The bush adventure scramble, 3D spooky maze & giant puzzles were great family activities aimed to get you moving and thinking together!
For the younger babes the climbing, canopy walk (suitable for prams and wheelchairs), bird feeding areas and enchanted sculptures throughout the garden were well worth a look!
Family yearly passes available and the cost of your entry that day is taken off as a bonus incentive!
Areas for improvement.
Lack of shade/undercover activities.
If the weather isn’t great it would be a bit restrictive as many of the activities are outside.

Membership.
If you’re likely to visit more than twice a year then the Annual Membership is for you. Adults are $70 per year, and children are $50
